  Painting the Schools

This is an awesome chance to directly affect the lives of children in the St. Louis area by helping to paint and improve the schools they attend. Bring some clothes that you can get paint on, and enjoy serving the community.

  Ministry To Others

The "Feeding of the Five-Thousand" wil1 be the biggest example of how NYC 2007 teens are conscious of the hunger in the world today. So in this track you will be a vital part of this project as you help prepare the food packets that wil1 be sent to 5000 families in St. Louis.

Discovering Ministry

There are many ways you could help God love the world through ministry, and this is a great opportunity to discover and explore them as you interact with Ministry leaders from all over the USA and Canada.

Multiple Topics Track

At NYC you will be challenged to live the whole of your life for Jesus. In the Multiple Topics track you have the chance to explore Christianity through various interactive tracks throughout the week. There wil1 be opportunities to focus on specific topics or to experience a number of different options. One Audience

Would you like to learn more about careers in the music industry? If you play in a musical group or want to play in a musical group of any genre, or if you are interested in recording or producing, One Audience is for you. NYC 2007 will give you the opportunity to receive professional development by industry veterans in music and the visual arts and a chance to play in front of 10,000 of your friends. There is no risk in competing; you will win by learning from your experience. And One Audience is your opportunity to take what you learn back to your church and help build it up.

NYC Quizzing

Expect the most, receive the best! This does not adequately describe a USA/Canada Teen Bible Quizzing National Tournament. Imagine 40 teens who have memorized 600 verses of the bible, who have conditioned themselves to jump from a chair, ready to answer a question about those verses when they have not even heard 3 words of the question and ALL in 30 short, sometimes agonizing seconds. Join us as 8 teams from across the USA vie for the National Championship.

Artistic Adoration: Painting and Drawing

If you love to express yourself and the truth you see around you, this is the perfect track for you! You'll have the opportunity to work with professors and instructors who will help and instruct you as you work together to build an incredible work especially for NYC!

Social Justice: Think Globally, Act Locally

Do you know that all over the world there are human rights violations, hungry people, and impoverished people? What does it mean to follow Jesus in the midst of the brokenness? Our awareness and actions need to be directed at bringing God's loving kingdom into the world. This track will explore this mission that God has for us to help change the world with love.

Understanding God's Earth

The creation of the earth has been "good" from the beginning. As Christians we need to take care of this world for the glory of God. At Forest Park in St. Louis students in this track will get to understand the importance of nature in our relationship to God. This track will help you see that there are places around your community where you can make a difference and teach you to dedicate your life to responsibly caring for God's earth.

Graphic design: Web-Design

Ministries need people skilled in computers, and you'll get a chance to help by learning about web-design. Although it will be brief at NYC, spending time learning about the background of designing a website can catapult you and your church onto exclaiming God's grace on the web. Just think about how happy your pastor would be?
